Quotes your customers sign before you're back in the truck.
Proposal, e-signature, and work-order software for trades businesses — set up for you with your name, your prices, and your terms. It already runs every proposal at NC Drainage.
Sign & accept
Most jobs aren't lost on price. They're lost in the gap after the site visit.
Every day between walking the yard and getting a signature is a day the homeowner is taking other calls. Here's the same job, two ways.
The usual way 8 days, maybe
- Monday
Walk the property, take notes on a pad and photos on your phone.
- Wednesday night
Type the quote in Word at the kitchen table. Hunt for last job's prices.
- Thursday
Email a PDF. Customer has to print it, sign it, and scan it back.
- Next Tuesday
“Did you get a chance to look at the quote?”
- Next Wednesday
They went with whoever answered first.
With your own quoting app Same visit
- On site
Build the proposal on a tablet or phone from your saved line items.
- Ten minutes later
Mark up photos showing where the drain runs. Add optional upgrades.
- In the driveway
They sign on your iPad — or on their own phone from a link tonight.
- Back at the shop
The work order and materials list are already waiting for the crew.
From lead to work order, in one place.
These are the actual screens your office and crew would use, rebuilt here with sample data. Everything carries your logo, colors, and line items.
- Capture the lead
Paste a lead, get a customer.
Paste a website inquiry, a text, or your site-visit notes. Name, phone, email, and address fill themselves in, and any prices you jotted down become tasks.
- Build the proposal
Your prices, your wording, your photos.
Pick from your saved line items and standard verbiage instead of retyping them. Draw arrows and notes right on the job photos. Add optional upgrades the customer can tick on or off.
- Send it
One private link, no account needed.
Email the customer a link to their proposal. It shows that one proposal and nothing else — no app, no password, no login screen to get stuck on.
- Get the signature
They sign with a finger.
The customer checks which items they want, signs on the screen, and you both get the signed PDF. Or hand them your iPad and sign it in person before you leave.
- Do the work
The crew gets a work order, not a phone call.
Signed jobs turn into a work order with the materials list, then go on the shared calendar. The dashboard shows what's open, what's waiting on a signature, and what's done.
Send for signature
Email Dana a private link to review and sign this proposal from any phone. The link only shows this one proposal.
Built inside a working drainage company.
NC Drainage installs French drains, downspout piping, and catch basins across the Triangle, Triad, and Charlotte areas. It's my family's company, and this app runs their quoting every day — which is how it got good: every feature came from a real problem on a real job.

- Quotes get written on siteProject managers build proposals from saved line items and standard wording instead of retyping them at night.
- Customers sign from their phoneA private link per proposal, with optional add-ons they can choose before signing.
- Each manager sees their own pipelineAdmins see everything; project managers see the quotes they own.
- Signed work is protectedSaves are guarded so a signed proposal — or a teammate's changes — can't get overwritten by accident.
Made for crews that quote on site.
If your job starts with walking a property and ends with a crew and a trailer, it fits.

A good fit if you…
- Run a crew of roughly 1 to 15 people
- Quote most jobs after visiting the site
- Write quotes in Word, a spreadsheet, or on paper today
- Want proposals that look like they came from a bigger company
- Would rather have it set up for you than learn new software
Probably not a fit if you need…
- Dispatch with GPS tracking for a large fleet
- Card payments and invoicing built into the same app today
- Payroll, timesheets, and QuickBooks sync in one system
For that, an all-in-one field-service suite like Jobber or Housecall Pro is the better call. I'll tell you honestly if that's you.
One setup fee. One flat monthly. Your whole team included.
You get your own copy of the app with its own database, on your own web address. Add every manager and office person you have — the price doesn't change.
Your quoting app, done for you
- Your logo, colors, and company name
- Your line items and add-ons loaded
- Your terms and standard wording
- Runs on your own web address
- Logins for your whole team
- Hosting and daily backups
- Updates as the app improves
- Support by phone or text
Your customer and proposal data sits in its own database, separate from every other customer's. If you leave, you get a full export.

Hi, I'm Jacob.
I grew up around my family's drainage business in Mebane, North Carolina, and I built this app because I watched good jobs slip away while quotes sat half-written. I'm a one-person studio: when you call, you get the person who built your software.

Questions contractors ask.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They get a link by email, open it on whatever phone or computer they have, and sign with a finger or mouse. No account, no password.
How long does setup take?
Usually about a week from the day you send your logo, price list, and terms. Most of that is me loading your line items and wording so the app is ready to quote on day one.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your company gets its own database — it isn't shared with any other contractor. If you ever cancel, you get a full export of your customers and proposals.
Does it work on an iPad or phone?
Yes. It runs in the browser on iPad, iPhone, Android, and computers, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
Can it take payments or sync with QuickBooks?
Not today. It's built to do proposals, signatures, and work orders really well. If payments or accounting sync matter most to you, ask — or I'll point you to a tool that already does it.
Can you change it for how my company works?
Within reason, yes. Your line items, add-ons, terms, proposal numbering, and team are all set up for you. Bigger custom features get quoted separately before any work starts.
Is there a contract?
No. The monthly is month to month. The setup fee covers the work of building your copy and isn't refundable once it's live.
See it with your own line items.
Tell me a little about your company. I'll follow up within a day to set up a 20-minute demo, and I can mock up one of your real quotes in it.
