Most jobs aren't lost on price. They're lost in the gap after the site visit.

Every day between walking the yard and getting a signature is a day the homeowner is taking other calls. Here's the same job, two ways.

The usual wayPaper notes, Word templates, and waiting

8days
  1. Monday

Walk the property. Notes on a pad, photos on your phone.

  2. Wednesday night

Type the quote at the kitchen table. Hunt for last job's prices.

  3. Thursday

Email a PDF. The customer has to print, sign, and scan it back.

  4. Next Tuesday

“Did you get a chance to look at the quote?”

  5. Next Wednesday

They went with whoever answered first.

With your own quoting appBuilt, sent, and signed before you leave

1visit
  1. On site

Build the proposal on a phone or tablet from your saved line items.

  2. Ten minutes later

Mark up photos showing the work. Add optional upgrades.

  3. In the driveway

They sign on your iPad — or on their own phone from a link tonight.

  4. Back at the shop

The work order and materials list are waiting for the crew.

  5. Job won

One app. Your team on one side, your customer on the other.

Everything lives at one web address with your name on it. Your office and estimators sign in to build and track quotes. Your customer just opens a link — no account, no password, nothing to install.

Your team

  • Build proposals from your saved prices and wording
  • Send for signature, or sign in person on an iPad
  • See what's open, signed, and about to expire
  • Print work orders with the materials list

Your customer

  • Gets a private link by email or text
  • Sees only their own proposal, with your branding
  • Checks the items and upgrades they want
  • Signs with a finger and gets a signed PDF

From lead to work order in five steps.

These are the real screens, rebuilt here with sample data. Your copy carries your logo, colors, line items, and terms.

  1. Capture the lead

Paste a lead, get a customer.

Paste a website inquiry, a text, or your site-visit notes and tap Auto-Fill. Name, phone, email, and address fill themselves in, and any prices you jotted down become tasks.

  2. Build the proposal

Your prices, your wording, your photos.

Each task gets its own description and price. Toggle on the add-ons you always offer — they print with your preset wording. Mark up job photos with arrows and notes.

  3. Preview and send

A proposal that looks like a big company sent it.

One tap shows the finished proposal with your logo and terms. Send it for signature, sign it in person, or save it as a PDF.

  4. Get the signature

They check what they want and sign.

The customer opens a private link, checks the items and upgrades they want, and signs with a finger. You both get the signed copy.

  5. Do the work

The crew gets a work order, not a phone call.

Accepted tasks turn into a printable work order with the materials list and notes — never showing prices to the crew. Schedule it on the shared calendar.

No quote quietly goes cold.

Every proposal has an expiration date — 60 days by default, or whatever you choose. The app watches the clock so your estimators don't have to.

  • Expiring soon, front and centerQuotes about to run out are listed on the dashboard with the days left, so someone calls before the deadline — not after.
  • Automatic follow-up remindersThe estimator who wrote the quote gets an email reminder to follow up while there's still time to win it.
  • Expired quotes in one listOne tap shows every quote past its window — a ready-made call list for slow weeks.

Need a website too? I build fast, simple sites for trades businesses that send leads straight into your quoting app.

Add a photo of you here — on a job site beats a headshot.

Hi, I'm Jacob.

I grew up around the trades and built this app for a working drainage crew, because I watched good jobs slip away while quotes sat half-written. It's been in daily use ever since. I'm a one-person studio: when you call, you get the person who built your software.

Questions contractors ask.

Do my customers need to download anything?

No. They get a link, open it on whatever phone or computer they have, and sign with a finger or mouse. No account, no password.

How long does setup take?

Usually about a week from the day you send your logo, price list, and terms. Most of that is loading your line items and wording so the app is ready to quote on day one.

Can I change when quotes expire?

Yes. Quotes expire after 60 days by default, and you can set any number of days that fits how your customers buy.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your company gets its own database — it isn't shared with any other contractor. If you ever cancel, you get a full export of your customers and proposals.

Does it work on an iPad or phone?

Yes. It runs in the browser on iPad, iPhone, Android, and computers, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.

Can it take payments or sync with QuickBooks?

Not today. It's built to do quoting, signatures, follow-ups, and work orders really well. If payments or accounting sync matter most to you, ask — I'll tell you honestly what fits.

Is there a contract?

No. The monthly is month to month. The setup fee covers the work of building your copy and isn't refundable once it's live.

See it with your own line items.

Tell me a little about your company. I'll follow up within a day to set up a 20-minute demo, and I can mock up one of your real quotes in it.
